This is a payment method that makes use of the '3rd party transfer' facility provided by some Australian Banks, or via traditional 'Telegraphic Transfer' (T/T) for International customers.
The first step of the process is to place an order with the website's shopping cart, specifying the goods you want.
Pressing the 'PAY NOW - DIRECT' button will start the direct payment.
The next step is to enter your delivery address and contact details.
Pressing the 'CONTINUE' button will complete the order.
The website will provide you with Kitstream's account information, and ask you to transfer the order amount, referencing it using the order number. The whole process is usually very quick if you are on a decent cheap broadband connection. It is a very simple way to transfer money, though if you get stuck please do not hesitate to contact us. The funds transfer can usually be done using your online banking facilities, or over the counter at your local branch.
The system also sends an email describing the order to sales@kitstream.com and your nominated contact email address.
Please check the details of this email to ensure your order is correct, before depositing any funds.
We will then send an email to you letting you know when the funds have been received and the goods are being prepared for shipment, and an estimated shipping date (usually 1-2 days if the goods are in stock).
