If you cannot get your jukebox to function correctly with your hardware , please ensure that the installation & setup procedure in the manual has been followed correctly. If it still refuses to work, we will attempt to get it to work, if you arrange to ship the kit, and the hard drive to us. Be sure to package the hard drive carefully to prevent damage during transit.
